Joan Fauteaux is the operational backbone of Real Estate PROS. She oversees everything from agent onboarding and compliance to marketing and office culture — keeping the brokerage running smoothly so agents can focus on their clients.

Before joining the team, Joan built her real estate industry knowledge at the Durango Area Association of REALTORS, giving her a clear understanding of what agents need to succeed.

Outside the office, she's an avid photographer and a proud chicken keeper. Joan brings that same attention to detail and care to everything she does at Real Estate PROS.
