My name is Theresa Van Riper. I was born and raised in Farmington. I moved away after high school, but eventually made my way back to live here permanently — and I truly believe Farmington is the best place to live and raise kids.

We have such a great area, with so many beautiful places to explore. I can't think of anywhere else where you can be in the desert, at the top of the mountains, or at an amazing lake all within an hour or less. Farmington also has all four distinct seasons — a warm summer, a beautiful and colorful fall, snowy winters, and a gorgeous spring.

I have been a Realtor since 2011 and I absolutely love it — I can't think of anything I'd rather do. I love helping sellers move on from their current homes without hassle or stress, and helping buyers find their dream homes. There is nothing like seeing the excitement on people's faces when they find that perfect place.
